Catherine Hearn
Member of the Board of Governors

Catherine Hearn graduated with a BA (Hons) in History from Queen Mary, University of London and has a Masters in Manpower Studies also from London University.

Catherine spent her career in HR and general management working for Transport for London, ICL, Fujitsu, Diageo and most recently Polestar where she held a number of executive and board positions. She has been a pension scheme trustee and chairman, a non-executive board member of a sector skills council, and a member of an advisory committee supporting a BSc in Print, Packaging and Graphics at Leeds University.

She is currently a self-employed consultant and advisor, and is a member of a consultancy partnership.

Catherine is married with two children and lives in Buckinghamshire.
