Getting to the City site

The University is a 10-15 minute walk from the Broadmarsh coach station.

• Leave the coach station and cross the pedestrian crossing towards the Broadmarsh shopping centre.
• Walk directly through the shopping centre and continue to walk up Lister Gate and then Wheeler Gate until you reach the Market Square.
• Cross over the square and walk up Market Street where you will see the Theatre Royal. Behind the Theatre, you will find the Concert Hall and University's Newton building.
• Keep these on your left and you will arrive on Shakespeare Street, which is the at the centre of the City site.

Getting to the Clifton campus

Broad Marsh bus centre is located approximately five miles from Clifton campus. A taxi from the train station to the campus will cost around £10. However, a much better value-for-money method is to get the UniLink bus service, which travels every 15 minutes between both sites. This bus is the only bendy bus service in Nottingham and proudly carries the NTU logo and name. It costs £1.70 for a single journey or £3.40 for an all-day bus and tram pass. The UniLink service begins at 7.30 am and finishes at 9.15 pm during term-time. Follow the directions to the City site (above) and you can get the UniLink bus from there.

Getting to the Brackenhurst campus

Brackenhurst is about 13 miles from the Broad Marsh bus centre. The best value way to get there is using public transport.

• Leave the coach station and cross the pedestrian crossing towards the Broadmarsh shopping centre.
• Walk directly through the shopping centre and continue to walk up Lister Gate and then Wheeler Gate until you reach the Market Square.
• Get the NCT 100 bus service from King Street in Nottingham (which is located just off the square). Buses leave approximately every 20 minutes and the journey time is about 45 minutes. Getting a taxi will cost around £25.
