Enrolment conditions

Our Student Enrolment Conditions are the standard terms for undergraduate, postgraduate and all other students enrolling with Nottingham Trent University. Together with the other documents to which they refer, these conditions form the contract between the University and the student, with regard to the programme of study or programme of research undertaken at the University:

Important Note:

Any offer of a place at the University shall be subject to the student enrolment conditions and the University’s rules and regulations as amended from time to time.

Please note that whilst the University has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of this website and online prospectus, the information contained, including details of courses and facilities of the University may change from time to time.

Whilst the University undertakes to take all reasonable steps to provide educational services in the manner set out in this website, it does not undertake any obligation to do so and reserves the right to alter the services and courses from time to time.

Should you become a student at the University, it will be a term of any contract between you and the University that you pay a contribution towards the cost of tuition at the rates applicable from time to time.

Home fee payers from the UK or EU are reminded that support with tuition fees may be available in the form of a tuition fee loan and it is therefore important that they make an application to the relevant student finance service at the earliest opportunity. See our Applying and fees section for more details.
