Are you able to spare a little time to share your professional experience and expertise with a property student?

As a mentor you can do all of the following:

  • guide someone coming into the profession
  • collect Continuing Professional Development hours and build your CV
  • enjoy a rewarding volunteering experience
  • develop long-lasting relationships with students
  • network with others in the property profession.

Your mentee will be a masters or a final year student. We would like you to meet your mentee at least once. Ideally the student would visit you at your place of work, potentially even shadowing you for a day. The student should also be able to email you from time to time with career-related questions.

You will also have the opportunity to attend a networking event for all mentors, mentees and NTU staff.

To become a mentor contact Rebecca Goodhall by emailing the Property mentoring network or calling (0115) 848 2503.
