Electric Bird is a part of the new surface range by Kavan. A collection of re-mastered art classics recreated with strong modern illustrative style. The output of which becomes bold surface transformation, decoration and a focal point for commercial and home interiors.

Commissioned during industrial placement at Daifuku Designs – Barcelona, TRAIN was designed for city centre apartments offering storage solutions, with a unique linking system to create many possibilities from the 38-piece range.
A 'Greener Gadgets' entry, ARCBOP aims to reduce 'stand-by' electricity wasted in the home. Room/home shut down is made simple, accessible from anywhere in the world, reducing costs, carbon and increased home safety/security.

Inspired by origami, the Kohhee Table incorporates traditional and modern materials to produce a unique coffee table. Produced using 20mm black acrylic with oak veneer applied to the underside. Slots are cut in the surface of the table to allow user to drop magazines into the 'storage bend'.
Thrust 768S was developed from the aerodynamic form of a jet turbine, these 2.1 desktop speakers incorporate high quality components wrapped in a stylish exterior. The subwoofer produces deep bass notes with the clarity of 25W full-range satellite speakers. Available in a choice of colours; silver, red, white and black.

What would you do if there is not enough electricity? This portable cane contains a dynamo that charges the volts into the battery as you role the wheel, allowing you to charge your mobile phone, MP3 player, and laptop. The 'X'.

Smartscape is an emergency evacuation device, designed specifically for evacuating disabled individuals. Smartscape's unique design allows individuals to remain in their wheelchairs when evacuated and can negotiate stairs with the tri-wheel mechanism.

White Audio is a ceramic radio created to mirror common aesthetic qualities in both the kitchen and bathroom environment. The form is simple whilst the styling is critically effortless for its purpose.
Boxsmart is a standing punch bag created for use of students aged 12-18. The colourful targets and the pivoting head inspire the students to learn whilst they exercise, making the product an essential part of a thought-provoking PE lesson.
Samuel Stocks
Bloom lighting has been created to inspire beautiful and interactive light sources for the home. Focusing on creating enjoyable interactive lighting, the 'ambiance' and 'orb' models combine natural materials such as ceramics and timber, to create true objects of desire.
The ethos behind the snug mug was based on addressing the appalling design aesthetics of disabled products. The snug mug provides a useful hot water mug suitable for users with arthritis and also suits the users own aesthetic requirements and needs.
Tom Warwick
The pepper mill is part of the Bigblue products range. The mill features the use of a ball bearing cutting mechanism to allow for a fluid cutting motion. The design reflects the company ethos of clarity, elegance and simplicity.
GRO is a range of built-in products which offers areas of minimal or no garden space to maintain an element of self-sufficiency. The propagation system allows the user to grow a range of herbs and vegetables within the home.
Andrew Wraithmell
Inspired by ancient tea rituals, the Socoil aims to integrate the boiling process into the common tea ritual. The base holds an oil sump allowing boiling to take place in any environment, impressing guests and stimulating conversation.
Designed for the Dwell furniture brand, the Stave Shelving unit takes inspiration from musical notation. It combines simple elegant lines with inventive supports, resulting in a light innovative structure in contrast to common shelf styling.
