PepsiCo Europe

PepsiCo set MA / MSc Smart Design students a project brief to reduce the amount of packaging used in its transportation. The students presented their response, and PepsiCo chose a student to sponsor to work on the live project. This student conducted research addressing the use of corrugated cardboard as a secondary packaging material, exploring the possibility of reducing weight and quantity while retaining structural strength in compression.
