There are some great opportunities to get involved with squash in term three

Sport and Lifestyle are running two exciting new squash coaching courses in term three. They are aimed at both people who are new to the sport and existing players who would like to improve their game.

Squash Coaching One - You will be shown how to play shots with the correct technique and by the end of the course you will have all the skills to play a game of squash against your friends. If you have never played before or have only just started, then this course is for you.

Squash Tactics One - The sessions will show you the best shot options to play in various tactical situations, helping you to win more points and games against your opponents. This course is aimed at players who have experience and want to improve their match play.

The first week for both courses are free taster sessions. The one off payment of the following four sessions is £12 for Sport and Fitness Members and £20 for non-members. There are limited spaces available on these popular courses and will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Early registration is recommended and full payment will be required at the time of booking.
