Job responsibilities
Gary is a Reader in the Law School and is a member of the Insolvency and Corporate Law Research Group within the Centre for Legal Research. Gary has a wide range of teaching interests spanning the following principal subjects: company law, business regulation, contract law, land law, trusts, EU law and English legal history. Gary supervises doctoral research students and his current teaching interests are in company law at undergraduate level and business regulation, corporate governance and theory, and public companies and securities regulation for the Law School's LLM programmes.
