Job responsibilities
Alex leads the MSc programmes within NBS, covering the strategic development and operational management of the portfolio to build on NBS’ reputation for delivering high quality MSc programmes that integrate theory with practice to develop graduates with high management and leadership capability. His teaching across the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes centres mainly around; Services marketing, Social marketing, Consumer behaviour and Consumer ethics/ethical consumption.
Information for prospective clients
Before joining NBS Alex worked in quality management and then as a marketing consultant to a wide range of public and private sector organisations, with a specific focus on marketing planning, marketing research and customer service/retention strategies. His teaching activity continues these themes and he is interested in working with organisations to understand customers, improve service and develop marketing plans.
