Job responsibilities
Paula teaches business law, skills and debt finance on the Legal Practice Course and equity and trusts on the Graduate Diploma in Law. Paula is the Careers Tutor for the GDL students and works closely with Melanie King, the GDL Careers Adviser, to organise careers seminars and advice sessions for the GDL students. She is also one of the tutors responsible for assisting the GDL Mooting Society.
Information for prospective clients
Paula trained as solicitor with Norton Rose and worked in their banking department. She undertook general banking work, including secured lending transactions, syndications and restructurings and has acted for both borrowers and lenders.
