Overview
Octavia Harris is Module Leader for the University Language Programme (ULP) English Stage Seven and contributes to:
- the Pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes course
- the In-sessional Language Support Course
- several ULP modules.
She has an MA in English Language Teaching from the University of Nottingham and a Licentiate Diploma in TESOL from Trinity College, London. Octavia's current research interests are the development of critical thinking skills by dialogue and written feedback for international students. She is also interested in intonation patterns of the Yoruba language.
