Professor Simon Holdaway Inaugural Lecture
Police officers The Slow Race for Change: Ethnic Minority Officers in UK Constabularies

In his inaugural lecture, Professor Simon Holdaway will discuss his extensive research about the experiences of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) police officers in the UK. This research, spanning more than a decade, is based on interviews with serving officers throughout England and Wales.
