Corporate Law focuses on corporate organisations and the law as it relates to them. The course has been designed in response to the rapid growth in the development of corporate law in both Britain and Europe, and in order to meet the needs of the legal profession in this area.

Entry requirements

  • You will need a good degree in Law (minimum 2.2) or an honours degree in another discipline plus either the CPE or GDL conversion qualification.
  • Applicants from other disciplines will be considered.

About the LLM Corporate Law
The Nottingham Law School LLM enables you to build your own programme by selecting taught modules from a wide range of subject areas to suit your own interests and requirements. You can obtain either a Single, Joint or Major/Minor LLM in the expanding area of Corporate Law. This stimulating course has been been designed in response to the rapid growth in the development of corporate law in both Britain and Europe, and in order to meet the needs of the legal profession in this area.

  • Specialise in Corporate Law to obtain a Single LLM award, or select modules from a wide range of subject areas to gain either a Joint or Major/Minor LLM award that suits your interests.

  • Gain a strong understanding of Corporate Law within a European context.
