This undergraduate-level course incorporates Masters-level learning and provides a nationally recognised qualification in the dynamic subject area of Safety, Health and Environmental Management. 

The aims of the course are:

  • to provide an academic and practical course of study to meet the needs of existing and aspiring safety practitioners who already possess the Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or other suitable qualification and require a higher qualification to Diploma level
  • to enable students to follow a course of study for a qualification which meets the academic requirement needed to gain Graduate Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
  • to provide an integrated programme of study gaining professional recognition for environmental studies.
