Intellectual property is an exciting and increasingly important area of law, particularly internationally and EU-wide. The course offers students the opportunity to explore intellectual property law in both the UK and EU contexts, together with the links to competition law and sport.

Entry requirements

  • You will need a good degree in Law (minimum 2.2) or an honours degree in another discipline plus either the CPE or GDL  conversion qualification.
  • Applicants from other disciplines will be considered.

About LLM Intellectual Property
The Nottingham Law School LLM enables you to build your own programme by selecting taught modules from a wide range of subject areas to suit your own interests and requirements. You can obtain either a Single, Joint or Major/Minor LLM in the significant and internationally-important important area of Intellectual Property Law.
