About the course
The MSc in Management and HRM (a route of the full-time Masters programme) provides future managers with a grounding in how the key functional areas of Business are integrated in successful organisations. The Human Resource Management (HRM) route is designed for those with an interest in managing people, and builds on the core module in organisational analysis and human resource strategy to develop the understanding and competencies in key aspects necessary for effective HR managers.

We have recently introduced a new framework for our full-time Masters in Management programme, covering some significant and exciting developments that have come about through consultation with our students, staff and alumni. The new framework will facilitate greater engagement with external businesses and organisations, leading to an enhanced student learning experience.
