Management and Marketing


The MSc in Management and Marketing has been designed for future managers who want to develop their interest in marketing while strengthening their understanding of wider business areas and concepts critical to the success of 21st century organisations. This learning is tightly connected with a practical application of your skills and knowledge, in particular through a live consultancy project. This degree has a dual award with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

The fundamental aim of marketing is to build and maintain superior customer satisfaction and, thereby, value. To achieve this aim, it is necessary to be able to combine Marketing theory with critical and analytical approaches in order to develop innovative value-adding marketing solutions. In addition, to maintain success over a period of time, it is also necessary for the principles and practices of marketing to be continually challenged and updated.

We expect participants who successfully complete this course to be well prepared for careers in marketing management and for more specialized marketing roles such as advertising.
