This course provides national, international and comparative perspectives on insolvency law. An understanding of how insolvency impacts on businesses, commercial transactions and individuals is increasingly critical to anyone who aspires to a career in commercial law, finance and banking, restructuring or debt resolution.

  • You will need agood degree in Law (minimum 2.2) or an honours degree in another discipline plus either the CPE or GDL conversion qualification.
  • Applicants from other disciplines will be considered.

About LLM insolvency
The Nottingham Law School LLM enables you to build your own programme by selecting taught modules from a wide range of subject areas to suit your own interests and requirements. You can obtain either a Single, Joint or Major/Minor LLM in the commercially important area of Insolvency Law, which has been specifically designed for insolvency practitioners and professionals.
