About the course
The BA (Hons) Economics, Finance and Banking programme has a core of economics running throughout, which will introduce you to the important economic concepts and theories as well as issues relating to the economic and financial environment. The programme strongly emphasises the application of economic analysis using real-life issues and problems in the field of finance and banking. The programme is designed to help you develop important skills for employment in the finance sector, particularly quantitative and analytical skills. The programme also focuses other transferable skills such as presentation skills (writing and oral), team work and time management to prepare you for the world of work.
