The mission of the Centre is to pursue and encourage innovative scholarship in the fields of in criminal law, criminal justice, international humanitarian law, human rights, conflict resolution and post-conflict justice.
This research has focussed on variability in the pioneer vegetation of 43 glacier forelands in the Jotunheim and Jostedalsbreen National Parks, Norway.
Dr Marcello Di Bonito has recently undertaken research, jointly with Dr Gianfilippo De Astis and Dr Monica Piochi of the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) in Italy, on the volcanic activity in the Phlegrean Fields, Naples, Italy.
