Andrew Knight PhD FRICS is currently Acting Associate Dean in the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment. His current role involves supporting the Dean in setting, communicating and delivering the School's overall mission, vision, aims and objectives. Andrew also represents the Dean and the School on various University and College committees and working groups.
He continues to teach professional ethics and research methods on a range of courses. Andrew has also edited a book entitled Advanced Research Methods in the Built Environment with Professor L Ruddock of Salford University and published by Wiley-Blackwell.
In terms of research, he has successfully supervised ten PhD students and is on the Editorial Board of the Innovation in the Built Environment book series, published by the RICS and Wiley-Blackwell. Additionally, he sits on a variety of external committees related to economic development and social justice.
