If you are a current NTU student and wish to request an appointment we require you to fill in this short form.
We ask students to prioritise their appointment with us over other commitments as appointments are in high demand and rearranging will cause delays.
The Mental Health Support Team does not offer a crisis service. If you need to be seen urgently you should arrange to meet your GP, or if you are in immediate danger call an ambulance or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department. You can also contact the Samaritans on +44 (0)845 7909 090, firstname.lastname@example.org or www.samaritans.org.
