Science degrees and masters
We offer three undergraduate animal science degrees that cover a wide range of topics from exotic animal nutrition to reproduction, genetics and breeding. Our courses allow you to gain a solid grounding in animal biology before specialising in an area of interest. The combined study of scientific theory, laboratory techniques and animal handling ensures that you have the right mixture of experience to succeed in your chosen career. All three degrees have strong links with industry and offer the opportunity for industry placements to insure you gain valuable working experience.

Veterinary nursing
Train to become a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons approved Veterinary Nurse with the FdSc Veterinary Nursing.
Each year we have a limited number of places to offer students wishing to pursue a career in this sector. Through our Veterinary Nursing Centre training facility we prepare students for placements with veterinary practices.
