BSAVA Postgraduate Surgery and Medicine Certificates

Nottingham Trent University are the accrediting partner for the British Small Animal Veterinary Association’s postgraduate certificates. These new continuing professional development (CPD) qualifications are primarily aimed at veterinary surgeons in small animal practice, who have a particular interest in small animal medicine or surgery.

Enrolment will Open in October 2011 with the BSAVA. The courses will be limited to 30 in each programme. Anyone interested in enrolling for one of these certificate programmes should email BSAVA admissions or call 01452 726700.

Collaboration with Nottingham Vet School

We continue to hold our veterinary simulation days in conjunction with Nottingham Vet School with great success. These days give both our trainee veterinary nurses and the vet students valuable training in workplace communication skills using medical actors as clients.
