General open days
We run a series of general open days across the year for further education, foundation degree and honours degree students to visit the campus and find out more about our facilities, courses and life at Brackenhurst. These days are usually held on a Saturday and friends and family are all welcome to join you in finding out more about studying with us. Sixth forms, schools and colleges are welcome to arrange group visits by booking in advance.
Offer holders: Taster days
If you have applied to us and we have replied with an offer of a place, you will be invited to attend a taster day at Brackenhurst. These days are specifically designed to give you more detailed information about your course, accommodation and getting started at NTU. We value your application and want to give you an insight into studying with us. Many academic teams will give guided tours or run practical sessions in the labs, specialist units or wider campus.
Interviews
Some of our courses will require you to attend an interview or assessment. Once you have applied we will contact you about arranging a convenient date to visit the campus and undertake your interview. You are more than welcome to attend a general open day in addition if you wish.
Postgraduate open days
We hold specific postgraduate open days that give you the opportunity to meet with the relevant Programme Leader and discuss course content, taught modules, research projects, facilities, course delivery and practical elements. If you cannot find a suitable date on the online booking system, please contact us to see if we can find an alternative date for you.
