Details:

Allen Packwood, internationally renowned Churchill archivist and Executive Director of the Churchill Centre UK, will be at Nottingham Trent University to talk about the different facets of one of the world's most influential leaders.

Using Churchill's own papers, Allen Packwood will give the audience an insight into how Churchill developed and used his literary and artistic skills; writing for a living, painting as a pastime, and speaking his role into history.

There will also be the chance to discuss the unique student 2D design competition brief which seeks to capture the relevance of Sir Winston Churchill to the contemporary scene today.

The shortlisted candidates will have their work exhibited and winners will receive monetary prizes, and a paid internship at Pentland Group PLC.
