Graduate recruitment
With approximately 5,000 graduates seeking employment each year, Nottingham Trent University has a wealth of talent to offer employers. Our Careers Development Centre works proactively with employers to offer advice and services which help promote graduate opportunities.
We annually advertise more than 20,000 vacancies, free of charge, on the Careers Service website and also facilitate targeted email recruitment campaigns to subject specific courses. For those organisations particularly interested in employing our students, we offer a tailored recruitment programme service.
Employers successfully recruit graduates at our annual graduate recruitment fairs and also via presentations to our final year students which highlight their organisations and recruitment processes.
Other events employers participate in include:
- career choice seminars to provide insight into career opportunities in a variety of sectors and professions
- job seeking skills workshops designed to assist students with the job seeking process
- country-specific events such as the India Fair 2010 in conjunction with the East Midlands University Careers Services and the East Midlands Development Agency.
