Consultancy Services - Nottingham Business School
Nottingham Business School offers consultancy to public and private sector organisations across a range of industries, which include the following.
- The School is working with BP Azerbaijan to analyse BP's policy of localising the work force and the use of expatriate staff to coach local Azeri staff. The project will help influence how BP deals with this critical phase of its HRM strategy and could act as a future model for similar BP operations around the world.
- NBS has worked with local business advisors Cooper Parry via a Knowledge Transfer project to examine how businesses could share knowledge effectively organisation-wide.
- The School recently coordinated a pan-African project on behalf of Barclays Bank plc, looking at informal financial systems and their development potential across 12 African states.
