Susannah Lamb Quality Assurance Manager. Main responsibilities relate to quality assurance, including maintenance of the University's Academic
Standards and Quality Handbook, programme approval, monitoring and reporting, Periodic School Review, the External Examiner
process and the Quality Managers Forum. Bespoke staff development events are available to Schools on any aspect of quality
assurance.
