Developing a fully online Postgraduate diploma in international insolvency law Marek Oledzki, Centre for Academic Development and Quality, David Burdette, Nottingham Law School Marek and David presented the work undertaken in designing, developing and implementing the new fully online Post-Graduate
Diploma in international Insolvency Law. It showcased the courses live offering through the Nottingham Trent University Online
Workspace (NOW) illustrating the various engagement and support mechanics designed into the course. View presentation
Use of discussion boards to support learning Louise Woolley, School of Education This session discusssed an example of how discussion boards have been used as a teaching and learning activity/directed task
for a group of part-time/largely distance learners. Discussion boards were used to support students in developing their research
