Innovative assessment at M-level

This symposium, organised by the Learning and Teaching Coordinator Network, engaged colleagues in a scholarly discussion of M-level assessment. It featured talks by Liza Pybus (NBS), Jane Ching (NLS), Leslie Arthur and Alan Crisp (ADBE).

Sustainability in the curriculum
29 June 2011
This symposium featured a series of talks and opportunities for group discussion and sharing of practice around the topic of sustainability. Speakers were Richard Howarth, Tabani Ndlovu and Helen Puntha. The event featured case studies by Petra Molthan-Hill, Julia Davies and the Future Factory. The symposium was organised by CADQ and the Centre for Professional Learning and Development in conjunction with the NTU Beyond the Greening the Curriculum Group.

E-Learning Showcase

Internationalisation - Wider Potentials and Possibilities

This symposium, organised jointly by CASQ and the Centre for Professional Learning and Development, featured talks by Viv Caruana (Leeds Metropolitan University) and NTU speakers Shiva Sivasubramaniam (School of Science and Technology), Sarah Broadberry (School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences) and Liza Pybus (Nottingham Business School).

The Third Annual Students' Writing in Transition Symposium

Over 80 delegates attended the third annual Students' Writing in Transition symposium at Nottingham Trent University. A wide range of delegates from across the UK representing both higher and further education sectors attended.
