Section 1: Purpose of the ASQ Handbook

The purposes are:

• To provide for NTU staff an up-to-date, accessible and comprehensive resource in electronic format on academic policies, regulations and processes.
• To provide for other readers (such as external examiners, reviewers, accreditors and collaborative partners) an overview of the University's academic framework.
• To support and assure the continuing management and enhancement of academic standards.
• To support and assure the quality of NTU students' learning opportunities and experience.
• To demonstrate congruence with Quality Assurance Agency.
