Section 13: Taught Postgraduate Award Framework

• The University has one taught postgraduate level, Level M (Masters) referred to as Level 7 in the QAA endorsed National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
• Within the framework, each University award is defined in terms of level(s), credits and an award descriptor.
• All University awards reflect positive achievements.
• The following awards are defined within the framework:

a) Professional Masters
b) Masters Degree
c) Postgraduate Diploma
d) Postgraduate Certificate
e) Postgraduate Certificate in Education
