Bringing organizational behaviour to life; using bespoke vodcasts to enhance student learning
Supervisors: Dr Daniel King, Dr Scott Lawley (both Human Resource Management)
Students: Emma Morris and James Scott
The primary aim of this research was to develop innovative teaching and learning material to bring to life key themes and
theories for a large undergraduate module. This was achieved through the students arranging and ultimately conducting a series
of case studies and interviews which will be developed as learning and teaching resources for the Business School. These interviews
will be presented as vodcasts, i.e. online on demand video clips that students can download or stream in order to enhance
their learning. The students arranged, conducted and edited interviews and assisted with the development of a case study regarding
the pedagogical implications for creating and using bespoke vodcasts as part of the teaching and learning experience.
