The impact of SPUR

Every SPUR participant completes an evaluation form at project end. Some of the results from the first round of SPUR in 2007-8 can be seen here in a presentation given at the Higher Education Academy Annual Conference 2009. The findings given are those which relate to the scheme’s impact on teaching-research links in the undergraduate curriculum.

A longitudinal review of the scheme is underway. Supervisors from previous rounds of SPUR are being contacted to discuss what the long-term impacts of the scheme have been for themselves and any curricula they are responsible for.
