Background
Lincolnshire Training and Development Partnership is a training organisation that works to promote collaborative working between

NTU has worked with the Lincolnshire Training and Development Partnership for over ten years. The first validation event took
place in June 1994 when the University approved the Postgraduate Certificate in Managing Health Services. In May 1999 approval
was given for the Postgraduate Diploma. In 2004 the programme was re-titled from Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Management
of Health and Social Services to the Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Management of Health, Social Care and Public
