Comments

The Career Development Centre welcomes suggestions for ways of improving the facilities and services available to all our students and graduates. We are also very pleased to receive compliments, so if you are happy with the service we provide, we would be delighted to hear from you. We may use your comments in Career Development Centre publications including the website.

Compliments, comments and complaints can be fed back to us in the following ways:

  • in person, by speaking to a member of staff.
  • by email.
  • by completing a 'Comments and Suggestions' card, available at the Career Development Centre reception at the City and Clifton centres and in the resource area at the Brackenhurst centre. You don't need to identify yourself unless you would like a reply or think we may need to contact you for further details. Completed cards can be given to any member of staff or posted in the boxes provided.
  • by completing 'feedback questionnaires' available in the Careers centres or at Career Development Centre events. Again completed forms can be given to any member of staff or posted in the boxes provided.

Your feedback, comments and suggestions about the Career Development Centre website are also valued. An online questionnaire is available.

Responding to complaints
If you do have a complaint this should be in writing, either email or letter, to the Head of the Career Development Centre and, we will acknowledge receipt, where contact details have been provided, within three working days. In the first instance, the complaint will be considered by the Head of the Career Development Centre as part of the University's Student Charter and Complaints Procedure.
