Spring Law fair
Date: Wednesday 30 January 2013
Time: 5.30 pm - 8.00 pm
Venue: Central Court, Newton building, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham, NG1 4BU.
Following the success of last year's event Nottingham Law School, in conjunction with the University of Nottingham, will be hosting a Spring Law Fair on Wednesday 30 January 2013 from 5.30 pm - 8.00 pm.
The Nottingham Universities' reputation as leading providers of legal education attracts many top students to Nottingham. As a result Law Firms, Barristers' Chambers, In-House Legal Departments and other legal employers will be attending the Law Fair to raise their profile with students from both Universities.
The event provides an opportunity for students to discuss career options with:
- Commercial Firms
- Firms specialising in publicly funded and immigration work
- Barristers' Chambers
- Government Legal Service
- In-House Legal Departments, and
- Representatives from the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and University Careers Consultants
There will also be presentations given by employers such as the Government Legal Service and Browne Jacobson LLP before the fair commences.
This year the event will attract around 30 law firms and other legal organisations and around 500 students are expected to attend.
Please contact Jo Chandler or Sue Clarke if you would like further information.
