CELS projects

Since the creation of CELS, a number of educational research projects have been carried out. Each of these relates to one or more of the Centre’s key themes and focuses on the research, development and evaluation of new methods and resources in science teaching.

The Centre has provided a number of secondment opportunities, which have enabled science academics to undertake educational research projects. Several additional projects have been undertaken by other members of CELS, these include the development of learning materials and research into troublesome knowledge and knowledge gaps.
