Book an activity

All booking requests for Kit in a Kase activities must be made via email or phone. Please contact Karen Moss, Director of CELS on +44 (0)115 848 8063 or by email.

You will need to have the following information ready:

• School name, postcode and telephone number
• Teacher contact name
• Your preferred date and time for the activity
• School year group and number of children in the class
• Whether the room to be used for the activity has a sink and water supply
• Whether the room to be used for the activity has an interactive whiteboard or computer with projector

The above details must be given to ensure the activities and equipment provided is appropriate to the needs of the class.

Kit in a Kase activities are not available during weekends or bank holidays.
