Fuelling the Future The ‘Fuelling the Future’ National Tour was a 9 day tour. Its theme was based on the use of alternative fuels for the transport
industry and the role chemistry will have on reducing carbon emissions in this industry.

Snap, crackle and snot! These half-day sessions got students involved in hands-on science activities looking at topics such as the properties of liquid
nitrogen, the chemistry of solids and making slime. The activities were followed by an amazing demonstration lecture given by Mark Crowley of CELS.
