Make your gift go even further
Gift Aid Scheme - applicable to UK taxpayers only
If you pay income tax or capital gains tax your gift can go further via the Gift Aid scheme. You simply have to have paid tax at least equal to the sum we are reclaiming (currently 25p for every £1). Higher rate taxpayers can also recover the difference between the basic and higher rate of tax.
If you are a UK tax payer, be sure to tick the Gift Aid box on the donation form.
Matched Funding scheme
There has never been a better time to give to your University. A government initiative launched in August 2008 means that, for a limited time of three years, NTU will receive an extra £1 for every £3 donated by you.
This means that a gift of £60 would ultimately be worth £100 with both Gift Aid and Matched Funding, making your gift go even further!
