Mike’s role is to inform evidence-based strategy, policy and practice in relation to widening participation (WP), achievement and retention and academic planning. Mike will oversee the development and implementation of robust systems to monitor and evaluate outreach and retention activities and provide evidence to meet the requirements of HEFCE and OFFA reporting.
