Social Sciences Taster Afternoon 2013
Details:
Our School of Social Sciences would like to invite Year 12 students to an afternoon exploring subjects that shape the society we live in.
The afternoon will give an interactive taste of studying disciplines such as health and social care, politics, psychology, sociology and youth studies. With seminar style workshops, students will debate and discuss hot topics in these areas and get the chance to find out about life as a social sciences student at NTU.
The afternoon will be an invaluable experience for any student interested in studying a degree in a social sciences subject. The event will also act as an introduction to a month of social sciences taster sessions and masterclasses NTU are hosting in March. Please see the very bottom of the page for more information.
If you have any queries or would like further information, please email Laura Bates.
Places can be booked using our online booking form. Bookings are welcome from individual students or school groups.
