Mystery of Branding: Why pay £150 for a £10 pen?
Location:
Nottingham Trent University, City site

Details:

Why pay £150 for a £10 pen? Why do normally sane and rational people spend excessive amounts of money on a product just because it has a certain name on it? Is it a case of greedy manufacturers and retailers or vain customers? Come to our business masterclass to find out!

This is an invaluable experience for Year 12 or 13 students who are interested in studying a business or product design degree. The afternoon will enable students, particularly those interested in marketing and branding, to experience an interactive and engaging lecture. There will be an opportunity to tour the NTU City site, meet current undergraduates as well as talk to academic staff.

If you have any queries or would like further information, please email Nayala Rehmat.

Places can be booked using our online booking form. Bookings are welcome from individual students or school groups.
