There are cycling facilities (including showers and lockers) located on the NTU City site and the Clifton and Brackenhurst campuses. Below are links to printable maps that will give you accurate locations for all of these:

The Big Track
The Big Track is Nottingham's best leisure route, handy for many commuter trips and also a brilliant and scenic weekend journey to work up an appetite for your Sunday lunch. Sustrans online mapping service
Sustrans mapping seeks to put you at the centre of your local area, with the facility to find information on schools, shops, green spaces and other local amenities, as well as providing information on walking and cycling routes and visitor attractions where people are or where they are visiting.
Transport Direct route planner
Transport Direct (Department for Transport) have developed a very good, user-friendly route planner for cyclists. The planner not only covers all main roads and cycle routes it also includes suitable off-road short cuts. You can search for the quickest, quietest and even the most recreational routes which are great if you want to avoid busy main roads.
