How to get support

Staff

Courses for all skill levels are available for staff who want to improve their knowledge of NOW. NOW training courses are offered by the Technology Learning and Development team in CPLD. For any queries related to NOW training, please email us. 

You can access support material through the NOW Community (login to NOW required prior to clicking this link). Alternatively, log into NOW and select NOW Community from the My Learning Rooms section on the homepage. If you need personalised and direct support on particular parts of the NOW system, or you have other eLearning related enquiries, please feel free to email us or telephone us on +44 (0)115 848 6030 (6030 is the internal extension number).

Students

Student training on NOW is offered by the Library staff, see the events section of the library's website for details of when the next training event is scheduled. 

Guides, tutorials, contact details and other helpful resources on how to use NOW may be found in the NOW Student Induction and Support module (this link only works if you are already logged into NOW). This module also appears on students NOW homepage, in the Help and Support widget (on the left-hand column of the page).
