The Equality and Diversity Team is responsible for setting the University's policies, as well as coordinating the direction of work on equality across the institution. Our approach in building the organisation's capability to deliver on equality and diversity is through an ambitious programme, which encompasses:

- comprehensive data analysis and interpretation
- the flexible and fluid engagement of students, staff and local communities
- effective learning and development
