Policies and procedures

The University comprises over 25,000 students and nearly 4,000 staff. We are committed to promoting a working and learning environment based on merit where all can succeed and in which all are treated with dignity and respect.

In order to do this we are engaged in an ongoing process of developing policies and procedures that focus on building organisational capability. These are supported by our ambitious initiatives in: learning and development and engagement.

This journey is a complex one and our annually-revised Strategy and Operational Plan aims to ensure that we are clearly focused on our objectives.
