Staff equality data
The University is asking all staff to take a few minutes to check and update their equality data held on the CHRIS HR system. This will help us to ensure we have an accurate picture of our Staff Equality Profile.
Please check and update your record, regardless of whether you have previously provided this information to ensure that the data we have on your record is correct.
You can update your details by accessing your HR record online via the CHRIS self-service feature.
Guidance is available on how to access CHRIS along with a list of frequently asked questions.
At the first logon screen you will need to remember to add ADS/ in front of your NTU network username.
For the second logon screen, you will need to use your CHRIS password. This is different to your NTU network password. If you have forgotten this you will be given an opportunity to reset your password. In order to do this you will need to provide personal information such as NI number, home post code and date of birth. If this is the first time you have logged on you will be emailed your password.
Once logged in, click the link under the 'myLife' section marked 'Personal'. This will take you to a page displaying the equal opportunities data we hold for you.
As an alternative to completing your data online you can complete a copy of the equality data monitoring form
and return this either by email to EQO equality and diversity or by post to the Equality and Diversity Team, Dryden Centre, Dryden Street, Nottingham NG1 4FZ.
This list of HESA valid nationality entries will assist you in the completion of the nationality section of the form.
You can be assured that the data you provide will be kept confidentially and used anonymously.
In order to assist us in the important work, please review and update your data now.
